This housing will bolt right in where a stock GM Dana 60 or leaf sprung High Pinion Ford Axle would fit!
Hillbilly Wizard has been working with the Dana 60 and leaf sprung high pinion Ford axles for years and desired to build a housing that could be used for both set up options! We are excited to share this new housing with the truck world!
HBW 60 Upgrades!
- High Pinion Design
- Stronger Nodular Iron casting
- Upgraded larger outer pinion bearing is supplied with the housing
- Pinion seal and pinion spacer are supplied with the housing
- Spanner style side adjusters (like the GM 14 bolt, no need for a case spreader to install gears
- Pre-marked bearing caps
- Tapped for breather
- Threaded Drain Plug
- Customizable caster/pinion angle when ordered
- Tapped bolt holes can be used to secure a truss or mount or link mount for custom suspensions
- Cast-in spring perches on both sides so it can be used as a driver or passenger side axle, depending on how we build the tubes!
