You will not use the Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions. By using the Website you are fully accepting the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions you must immediately stop using the Website.
2 Credit card details
Auto parts and accessories ordered through the Hillbilly Wizard website can be paid for with Amazon Pay, American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Visa Debit Cards, or PayPal. Credit cards will be charged when the order is placed.

The contents of this website does not constitute advice. The purchaser of the products provided by Hillbilly Wizard is responsible for determining the suitability of any and all products purchased. By purchasing you understand and recognize that services, products designed or manufactured or sold by Hillbilly Wizard are subject to varied conditions due to the manner in which they are used or installed. By purchasing you recognize and agree that the suitability of any part sold or manufactured for a particular application is the purchaser’s decision and that the purchaser is not relying on the skill or judgment of the manufacturer and /or the distributor regarding the suitability of any product or service. No item(s) sold by Hillbilly Wizard is guaranteed to prevent death or injury. There is no substitute for safe and responsible driving. Always use the safety equipment provided in the vehicle.
Used, takeout, New Old Stock (NOS) and aftermarket parts should be considered “replacement” parts. No implication is made that these parts are the original vehicle manufacturers’, are from original suppliers, or are approved by them.
Modifications to your vehicle are done at your own risk and Hillbilly Wizard does not accept liability or responsibility arising from damage caused by installing or modifying your vehicle and makes no warranties whatsoever, expressed or implied, oral or written to purchasers with regards to off road equipment. Persons experienced in the installation and proper operating of vehicles should conduct the installation of any component or kit. It is also the responsibility of the installer of any component or kit to examine and determine the suitability of the product for the particular application. All Hillbilly Wizard products, particularly axle assemblies, are intended for off road use. Hillbilly Wizard shall not be responsible for any misuse of products. Be aware that certain modifications and installations can void your original dealer warrantee. As the purchaser you must check with local authorities for highway laws in your area because highways laws and the enforcement of those laws vary widely in different areas.
4 Change of Use
Hillbilly Wizard reserves the right to:
4.1 change or remove (temporarily or permanently) the Website or any part of it without notice and you confirm that Hillbilly Wizard shall not be liable to you for any such change or removal and
